At Benchmade, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected items are not the perfect fit, we offer a seamless return or exchange process within 30 days of delivery for all unworn apparel.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange as soon as the items reach our warehouse.
